Die schwierige Phase nach dem Startup - das große Sterben der Existenzgründer

Ein wenig beachtetes Phänomen ist die äußerst schwierige Phase nach der erfolgreichen Existenzgründung. 
 
Da gelang es, die Hausbank von der Geschäftsidee zu überzeugen (oder die Familienmitglieder "startup sponsored by parents!").
 
Da gelang es, die ersten Kunden zu bekommen und das Unternehmen zum Laufen zu bringen.
 
Da gelang es vielleicht sogar, einen Mitarbeiter einzustellen.
 
Und nun beobachte ich stets das Gleiche nach ziemlich genau 3 Jahren: es wird eng!
 
Kein Wunder, denn das Startgeld ist verbraucht, die Zuschüsse ebenso. Aus gutem Grund, denn sie flossen in Investitionen in Büro- oder Werkstattausstattung oder in Werbemaßnahmen. Vor wenigen Tagen erst war ich im Gespräch mit einem erfolgreichen Unternehmer, der nach exakt drei Jahren  ein echtes  Liquiditätsproblem hat, dazu reichte eine gefloppte Vertriebsaktion, die kaum/keine Kunden brachte.
 
Und nun wird's spannend mit den ehemaligen Startup-Partnern.
Die Unternehmensberater haben sich zurückgezogen, klar, da oftmals die einzige Leistung (und Kompetenz!) in der  Beschaffung von Fördermitteln besteht.
 
Die Banken haben sich natürlich nicht zurückgezogen, klar, da Kredite vergeben wurden und wenn nicht, wird es sogar noch schlimmer. Die meisten Startups, die ich kenne, finanzieren ihre Liquiditätslöcher über den Kontokorrent. Klar, dass die Bank scheinbar auch in dieser schwierigen Phase beisteht, denn 8-15% Kontokorrentzinsen sind ein einträgliches Geschäft.
 
Was ist zu tun?
Genau zwei Punkte, die so naheliegend wie schwierig zu realisieren sind:
 
1. raus aus der aktuellen teuren Finanzierung
2. rein in neue Strukturierungen (Änderungen in Rechtsform, Kerngeschäft  und Finanzierung)
 
Wie das geht?
 
Wir wissen es als einige der wenigen am Markt, weil es unsere Spezialität ist.
 
Ist der Erfolg damit planbar?
Natürlich nicht, das wäre auch unseriös zu behaupten.
Wir erhöhen aber Ihre Chancen nachhaltig von 50:50  auf 80:20. Und bezahlt wird nur nach xso-Grundsatz, nämlich bei Erfolg!
