Erfolgreiche Existenzgründung und –etablierung auch ohne Alleinstellungsmerkmal möglich!

Eine gängige Meinung, warum nur 9 von 10 Startups nicht überleben lautet, dass es am Alleinstellungsmerkmal und der innovativen Idee mangelt. Ich halte diese Meinung für falsch und zudem ein fatales Signal für Existenzwillige und diejenigen, die nach 2,3 Jahren ihre erste Krise zu überwinden haben. Die (wirtschaftliche) Welt ist voll von –durchaus sehr erfolgreichen – Unternehmen, die schlicht uns simpel das x.te Unternehmen in ihrer Branchesind mit durchaus vergleichbaren/austauschbaren Produkten oder Dienstleistungen und auch der Preis spielt oftmals keine Rolle als Abgrenzungsmerkmal. Es entspricht ja auch nicht ansatzweise dem so genannten gesunden Menschenverstand, wenn nur die absolute Produkt-, Innovation- oder Preisführerschaft Erfolg verspricht. Umso erfreulicher, im Tagesspiegel die Meinung aus dem Hause der Investitionsbank zu lesen, wo es heißt: „ Manche Start-ups sind auch mit der Adaption einer bestehenden Idee erfolgreich“ Genau das ist der Punkt! Ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist schön zu haben, aber es ist keine Bedingung einer erfolgreichen Unternehmung! Erfolgreich ist derjenige, der flexibel bleibt, schnell agiert und schlichtweg hart an seiner Idee arbeitet. Dann ist die Quote auch deutlich höher als 1:10. Und abschließend ein schönes Fazit, ebenfalls von der Investitionsbank: Fazit: Vieles ist auch einfach Glückssache! Bleiben Sie erfolgreich Ihr Andreas Brinker |
